• Ultra Violet Light bulb is installed into the air conditioning unit to reduce bacteria circulating around the house.
• We maintain 72 hours between guest check-ins to allow for effective cleaning and disinfecting of the rental unit.
• We revised cleaning and sanitation procedures according to Department of Business and Professional Regulations.
• We provide to our guests signage and sanitizing products.
• Our Villa has pillow protectors for each pillow and a mattress pad for each bed.
• Our housekeepers/technicians completed training regarding proper and safe cleaning techniques and property security.
